Kim Ketterman
Kim Ketterman has a long history of helping people achieve their dreams. Kim is a highly recognized college financial planner throughout Southern California, and especially in the South Bay of Los Angeles where she has helped thousands of families plan for college. Since moving to Southern California in the 90s, Kim has owned/managed properties in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes and has owned and operated her college planning firm since 2008.
Kim brings her extensive knowledge of finance, investing, leadership, and local flavor to the KetterMaginn Realty Team to assist you with all your real estate needs. Whether you are buying, selling, refinancing or simply exploring your options, Kim is committed to listening to her client’s needs and using her keen negotiating and excellent customer service skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Brett Maginn has been an active member of his community for most of his life and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward Real Estate.
